This company has it all! Our garage door spring broke, and I made a call to Midlothian Garage Doors at 2:30pm. Eli came to the door shortly after that, replaced our springs and was on his way within 40 minutes. He explained everything, made sure everything else was working properly and had us test the door several times before leaving. Price was very reasonable. 100% satisfied with this company and Eli's customer service.

Midlothian Garage Doors is a great company! I was able to get an appointment quickly and the technician showed up right on time. The technician, Eli, was professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained my options and the associated costs and when I decided on what I wanted to do he quickly completed the job. Overall an excellent experience. Our 2 car garage door spring broke in the morning and by 1:00 the same day Jason had been out to the house to evaluate, let me know what my options were and talked with me. He is very helpful and educated on all that is involved. He returned at 3:00 with the parts and was done in 45 minutes. His prices are very reasonable and his service is quick. I did not know who to trust so that morning I posted on my HOA if anyone recommended a good garage door company and several (4) recommended Midlothian Garage Doors.Great experience and will use him again and again!!! Fantastic service (again). They are our go to for all of our garage door needs. Replaced a rail and belt in just under an hour and ahead of incoming storms. Truly great people. I left a message the night before (after hours) and they were here by 11am.
