At first was told my printed circuit board was defective. I knew better. Then, the wall switch was bad. It wasn't. Turned out to be a wire on that switch that had a bad connection. Scraping off a wire end cost me $135. Then to check my other door they wanted another service charge. They were already here. I sent them away. Never again.
