Phenomenal service always! Had a spring break on Saturday and hubby could NOT get door to open manually.Left a message Sunday and was called back much to my surprise within a couple of hours. He explained that because it was a weekend I would incurring emergency fee, which I was fine with. And within 30 more minutes Eli, the technician called me back and said he was on his way from Arlington if he could come now. I said sure! He came out, identified the problems, gave me estimates and within 30 minutes door was repaired. He also checked the motor and other parts for functionality.I highly recommend Midlothian Garage Door company!
